Meet the Team

  • Alyssa Gonzalez (She/Her)

    Our lead organizer, Alyssa is an advocate for BIPOC and FTWN-B folks in outdoor spaces, and one of the Co-owners of Treehouse Cyclery, RAR-FR's home base.

  • Jen Bell (She/Her)

    Jenny is crazy passionate about getting folks out on bikepacking trips, and has been taking beginners out on their first experiences for years, starting in college.

  • Monica Alexandra (She/Her)

    New to Denver, Monica joins us from the D.C. area where she was a valuable member of the Melanin Base Miles team. She's excited to build a new bike community here in the Front Range.

    Oly, bikepacker-extraordinaire, has been an urban biker for over a decade. They have lots of bike mechanic experience, and are always stoked to get out on an adventure.

    Jess found RAR in New Haven, CT before moving out west. She spends a ridiculous amount of time thinking about perfecting her bikepacking setup, and building bikes is her love language.

    Alyssa started biking while living in Chicago and needed a means to get around that was cheaper than the bus. That choice eventually led her to Colorado, where she now hosts rides and works with Kids on Bikes in the Springs!
